| Travel Checklist |
- Have you booked all your travel requirements? (eg. tours, theatre tickets, car
hire, accommodation, etc.) Please discuss all requirements with your
consultant.
- Your travel documents will arrive 10 - 14 days prior to departure, unless
otherwise specified. Please make time to check ALL of your documents carefully
for accuracy and if you have any queries please contact us immediately. It is a
good idea to carry photocopies of all your documents (separate to your
originals). Also, leave a copy of your itinerary with a friend or relative at
home.
- Visa are required by most countries. Please check with your consultant for your
destination.
- Travel insurance is a must, it's as important as your plane tickets.
- Please check that your passport and visas are in order.
- Please reconfirm all your flights directly with the appropriate airline, 72
hours prior to departure, at each point of departure.
- When reconfirming your flights, please check that any frequent flyer numbers,
special meals and seating requests are in order.
- Please retain all boarding passes and tickets until accrual of frequent flyer
points has been confirmed on your statement.
- International baggage allowances (excluding infants under 2 years of age) are
generally 20 kg per person (Economy fares) for checked baggage and 5 kg per
person for cabin baggage. However, if you are travelling to the USA or Canada,
the checked baggage allowance is 2 suitcases (no more than 32 kg each) with the
maximum combined dimensions of each bag not to exceed 158 cm. Please check
these allowances with your consultant prior to travel.
- Duty Free Allowance vary from country to country. Please ask you consultant for
more information on you destination.
Information concerning travel changes frequently. It is your responsibility
to check that you have the correct information by the time you travel.

Long distance call cards / ATM cards.

An Address Book / Journal
With any relevant local contact numbers that you may need. Emergency contact
numbers etc.

- Sponge / face cloth etc.
- Towels (swimming and drying)
- Any talc powder or deodorant, perfumes, colognes etc.
- Brush, comb and hair bands, clips etc.
- Toothbrush and toothpaste, mouthwash, floss.
- Facial moisturizers, shaving cream
- Razors
- Body lotion, suntan lotion or sun screen protector.
- Peak cap and sunglasses
- Lip balm, lip sticks and other make-up needed
- Nail clippers / nail files etc.
- Shampoo and conditioner

- Cell phone
- Cell phone chargers and cords for the laptop
- Video cameras / cameras and applicable cables
- Enough video footage time and film for the cameras.
- Any extra lenses or attachments for the cameras etc. As well as safety carry
pouches etc.

- Hair dryers / straightening irons, hair curlers etc.
- Radio / walkmans / c.d players / head phones
- Flashlight torches

** Handy Tip** Try take standard colors that are easy to mix and match with
that can be dressed up or down..you could also, where possible, take clothes
that you can apply layer upon layer instead of one bulky item that will limit
you packing space.
